We collect
Tell us what has failed and where it is. Collection is arranged across the UK at no charge, and the unit is booked in against your account with its serial, its symptoms and who reported them.

The unit is bench-tested to confirm the reported fault before anyone opens it, then stripped to component level. You get a fixed quote and an honest verdict — including when replacement is the better buy.

Board-level rework is carried out by IPC-7711/7721 certified technicians working to ISO 9001. Failed components are replaced with tested equivalents, not bodged around.

Nothing ships on a continuity check. Units are soak tested, load tested and exercised against manufacturer software, and come back with the test evidence and a 12-month warranty.
Common questions
What fails on a mobile powered workstation?
Almost always the power system. Batteries reach end of life, interconnect units fail, charging circuits stop delivering, and the physical battery housing takes damage from being wheeled around a live operation for years.
The computing hardware on top usually outlives the cart that carries it, which is why replacing the whole unit is rarely the right call.
Can the battery packs be rebuilt rather than replaced?
Often, yes — cell replacement within an existing pack is routine where the housing and management electronics are sound. Where a pack is beyond safe rebuild, you will be told, because battery safety is not a place to economise.
